1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and the operator of the tc777i platform ("tc777i", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website available at https://tc777i.cam and any associated mobile interface, application or service (collectively, the "Platform").

tc777i is an English-language online betting and gaming platform designed for use by adult users. It offers sports betting (including cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, football and UFC markets), live casino, slots, table games, esports betting and related gaming products, with balances and transactions displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

2. Definitions

• "Account" means the registered user account opened by you on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of cleared funds held in your Account, denominated in PKR.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration

• You have not previously had an Account terminated by tc777i for any breach of these Terms.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

During registration you will be required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and country of residence. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading registration details constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4. KYC & Identity Verification

tc777i operates KYC (Know Your Customer) verification procedures in accordance with the requirements of the applicable operator license. You may be required to submit Verification Documents at any point, including but not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (national identity card, passport or driver's licence).
• Proof of current residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement or similar).
• Proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit or withdraw funds.
• Source of funds documentation where deposits exceed specified thresholds.

We reserve the right to suspend withdrawals, restrict Account functionality or close an Account where KYC documentation has not been provided within a reasonable time of request, or where submitted documents cannot be satisfactorily verified. Funds held in a suspended Account will be dealt with in accordance with the operator's compliance obligations.

5. Account Management

5.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified us of an unauthorised access event without undue delay.

5.2 Account Currency

All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, stakes and winnings are displayed and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless the operator specifies otherwise for a particular product or jurisdiction. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are borne by the user.

5.3 Account Closure by User

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, all pending bets must be settled, all outstanding wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be forfeited, and any Real Money Balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to you via your last verified withdrawal method, subject to KYC clearance.

5.4 Account Suspension or Termination by tc777i

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at our sole discretion, including where we reasonably suspect: breach of these Terms; fraudulent, collusive or dishonest activity; money laundering or use of criminally derived funds; use of software to gain an unfair advantage; or provision of false registration information. In cases of confirmed fraud or serious breach, we may withhold the Account balance pending investigation.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

Deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by the operator at the time of transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per method and are displayed at the cashier. Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance once confirmed by the payment processor. tc777i does not accept third-party deposits — all funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

6.2 Withdrawals

We reserve the right to process withdrawals in instalments where the requested amount exceeds operational limits.

6.3 Inactive Account Fees

Where an Account has no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months, it may be classified as inactive. An inactivity administration fee, as notified in the operator's current fee schedule, may be deducted from the Real Money Balance on a monthly basis thereafter until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated by login. You will receive email notification before any inactivity fees are applied.

7. Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all sports, esports and event markets on the Platform. Product-specific rules for cricket (including PSL T20 and ICC tournament markets), football, UFC, live casino and esports are published in the Platform's dedicated rules pages and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. You are responsible for reviewing your bet slip before confirming any wager.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• tc777i reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a pricing error or technical fault. You will be notified and the stake returned.
• In-play (live) betting is subject to additional latency and connection conditions. Bets placed on events that have already concluded due to data feed delay will be voided.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, settlement will follow the product-specific rules applicable to that market. In the absence of a specific rule, stakes will be returned.
• Winnings are credited to your Real Money Balance following official result confirmation. Disputed results may be subject to a review period before settlement is finalised.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

tc777i may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback promotions and other incentives from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any offer-specific terms published at the point of opt-in:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier is stated clearly in each offer's terms.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While a bonus is active in your Account, a maximum single-bet stake applies. Bets exceeding this limit during a bonus period may be voided at our discretion.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game type are listed in the offer terms. Slots typically contribute 100%; certain table games and live casino products may contribute at a lower rate or not at all.

• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, insider information exploitation or any form of sporting fraud.
• Depositing, wagering or withdrawing funds derived from criminal activity or money laundering.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy or other circumvention tool.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages or interferes with the Platform's systems, servers or other users.
• Harassing, abusing or threatening Platform staff or other users through any communication channel.

10. Responsible Gambling

tc777i is committed to providing Responsible Gambling Tools that enable users to manage their gambling behaviour. The following tools are available directly within your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on net gambling losses.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive in-session notifications after specified durations of play.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined short-term period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion periods are a minimum of six months and may be extended. Re-activation requests are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period and additional identity checks.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only, in accordance with these Terms.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any content from the Platform without our prior written consent, except where such activity is expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tc777i, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform or any service thereon, whether caused by technical fault, maintenance, third-party action or any other reason.
• Any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in odds, results or game outcomes resulting from data feed failures, technical errors or third-party provider issues.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Any financial loss resulting from your gambling activity on the Platform — gambling involves risk and you may lose all funds deposited.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its applicable gaming licence. Nothing in this clause affects your rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. 14. Amendments to These Terms
